The invention relates to textile and mechanical engineering and concerns a thread-holding device for a multi-loom.
The object of the invention is to improve the quality of the fabric produced by improving the retention of the ends of the weft yarn laid in the throat.
FIG. 1 shows the device, front view; in fig. 2 is the same, side view, section A-A in FIG. on l. FIG. 3 is the same, top view, section i bB in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 - the same, in isometry | in fig. 5 is the same, top view, section BB, in FIG. in fig. 6 - the same, in isometry.
The thread-holding device has a tissue-forming rotor 1 with a plurality of alternating ridges 2 and orienting ridges 3 arranged alternately around the circumference for guiding the thread. The fabric-forming rotor 1 is rotatably rotatable around axis 4 and is driven in the direction of the arrow 5. From the input side 6 of the weft yarn The fabric-forming rotor 1 has a ring 7 for gripping the weft yarn having a corresponding weft thread 8 for each ridge 3. From the input 6 side weft yarn has means 9 for clamping, drawing and weft yarns, also from the side of end 10; the weft yarn is fitted with similar means 11. Located on the insertion side, the means 9 comprise a clamp 12 for the weft yarn, a cutting element 13 and a pneumatic tube 14 for sucking the weft yarn. Clamp 12 is formed by

The lever 15, fixed on the distribution shaft 16, and the groove 17 of the pneumatic tube 14. The cutting element 13 has a cutting plate 18, reinforced with a pin 19 on the clamping lever 15 and interacting with the plate 20 strengthened on the side 21 of the pneumatic tube 14. In addition, on the pneumatic tube is fixed with a screw 22, a spring 23 lying in a longitudinal groove 24 placed on the pneumatic tube 14 on the rotor side with the exception of the upper section .23 that projects beyond the tube 14. The spring 23 is designed to Strongly adjust the height so that its length, with which it is adjacent to the tube can be controlled. The pneumatic tube 14 has a slit 25 on one side and, on the other hand, includes a suction port 26. The suction nozzle 26 is connected via a hose 27 to a source of reduced pressure.
The means 11 for clamping and cutting the weft yarn on the output side 10 of the end of the weft yarn of the cloth-forming rotor 1 is mirror-symmetrically made with the tool 9. The clamp of this tool is indicated by 28, the clamping lever 29, the corresponding groove 30, the cutting element 31, cut off plate 32, the interacting plate 33, the pneumatic tube 34, the slit 35 and the rod 36. The pressure lever 29. is also fixed on the camshaft 16, which is turned back and forth from the weave driven from the main shaft

Which machine with a frequency equal to the frequency of laying the weft yarns 37, the weft thread 37 from the weft yarn insertion means (not shown) is inserted from the input side of the weft yarn into the ridge 3 of the fabric-forming rotor 1. The inserted weft thread is laid with the help of relay nozzles to the other end of the fabric-forming rotor. The weft thread is then passed through the cutting element 31 driven by the camshaft IG. The weft yarn is moved by side 8 of the opening 61 of the ring 7 of the fabric-forming rotor .1 to the stop line 38 (fabric edge). Before entering the weft yarn into the clamping and cutting means 9, it protrudes from the side 10 of the fabric-forming rotor 1. With further rotation of the fabric-forming rotor 1, the weft thread, guided by the projections 39 and 40, ends up with the end n .9, and the end 37 into the tool 11 dl clamping and cutting. The end 37 of the pe-t closes with this the groove 17 in front of the pressure lever 15. The end 37 of the weft thread closes the groove 30 in front of the pressure lever 29 and ends in the slot 35, which keeps this end in a tensioned state. At this moment, both clamping levers rotate -from the camshaft 16 forward and are pressed into the slots 17 and 30, respectively,
they bend and press the ends 37 and 37 to the bottom of the grooves. Immediately after this, the camshaft 16 drives the cutting element 31, - which cuts the weft thread 27.. The rotating fabric-forming rotor 1 t does not have ends Z7 and 37 of the weft thread under the springs 23 and 36 that hold the weft thread 37. The clamping levers .15 and 29 are returned by the shaft 16 back so that the clips 12 and. 28 for the weft yarn is opened, the fabric forming rotor 1 pulls the ends 37 / and 37 of the weft yarn under the springs 23 and 36 to the stop line 38..

The moment the weft yarn 37 has reached the stop line 38, it is nailed by the following; behind the ridge 3, the ridge 2 for attaching the weft yarn to the fabric underlay. The ends 37 and 37 are pulled away due to the movement of the fabric from under the springs 23 and 36. The loose ends of the weft yarn 37 and 37 are entrained by the air flow from the slots 25 and 35. In this extended condition, the ends 37 and 37 of the weft yarn

fall into the cutting elements 13 and 31, respectively, which are cut. The cut ends are sucked through slots 25 or 35 into the pneumatic tube 14 and 34 and discharged. The next thread specified is subject to the same operative.
